If you are looking to book in multiple tattoo designs, you can put them all in one application. If the form does not allow you to attach photos (too large, too many, etc) feel free to email me your reference photos at lxa.tattoos@gmail.com

Saturdays are always limited, so please include a weekday if possible so I can get you in sooner. 

ABSOLUTELY NO MINORS, NO face/neck tattoos.
